Before you decide to go into the manufacturing of EL light panel, it is advisable that you first understand the manufacturing process involves. EL light panel are manufactured using Silk Screen Printing process. This is a very ancient printing process that involves transferring the printing image onto a positive film and then onto a silk screen frame before printing can be done.

I will not go into the Silk Screen printing process as I'm assuming that you already own silk screen printing facilities. If you do not already own one, you will have to set up one before you can start printing EL light panels, we can also help you with that.

EL light panel is created by printing different layers of materials over each other. What you need to successfully create an EL light panel is the following knowledge;

1. EL circuit design, you need to understand the different functions of the materials in order to design

a working EL circuit.

2. Printing Materials, you need to purchase ITO films, phosphor inks, dielectric inks, silver pastes

and UV inks. These are the basic materials needed to create the EL light panel and they need to be

printed over each other with certain thickness.

3. Assembly Materials, you need to purchase conductive copper tape, laminating films, connectors

etc to assemble the EL light panel.
